We would like to present to you our apartment available throughout the year for short-term rent.
We have one bedroom nicely furnished apartment with queen size bed, and two more sofa beds in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and cosy terrace and everything you might need for your pleasent stay. The apartment has cable TV & broadband internet connection free of charge. Baby crib available upon request.
Marjanac apartment is located in a modern part of town within easy reach of all Novi Sad events. Novi Sad Fair is in 5 min. drive and 10 min. to the city center.

The whole building has a central heating system and a lift. Our apartment is on the first floor, the terrace is facing at the backyard.Parking is always available in front of the building's enterance.

Novi Sad is a main town in the Serbian region called Vojvodina. It's located 1hrs drive from Belgrade (the capital city), 4hrs drive from Budapest and 6hrs drive from Zagreb.
It lays on the beautiful banks of Danube river, and in the last decade became famous for its International estern European music festival called "EXIT". Also known as "STATE OF EXIT". Besides, town's culture life is very rich and interesting. For more information please visit Events page.

The town has a 17th century fortress "Petrovaradinska Tvrđava" and its major landmark is a white clock tower with the opposite hands showing the correct time.
